Msc in Forest engineering at University of Lleida.

Currently is the head of the Department of Non-Wood Forest Products at CTFC. He has over 15 years experience in the cultivation of truffles, with expertise in training and transfer of truffle plantation management technology to the productive sector. He has made several trips and stays abroad, including in France at INRA-AGRO Montpellier focusing on truffle plantation management, in Sweden at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences focusing in truffle diversity studies and to Australia focusing on the importance of the Agricultural Extension Service for the Australian Truffle Growers Association. He has published several scientific papers and technical handbooks of truffle cultivation and regularly attends conferences, courses and technical seminars in Spain and France. He has participated in many national and international competitive projects. He is also secretary of the Truffle Growers Association of Catalonia and the Spanish Federation of Truffle Growers Associations (FETT), and the European Tuber Group (GETT ).
