International PhD in Environmental Science and Technology from ICTA-UAB (doctoral research on inclusive environmental governance in the Arganeraie Biosphere Reserve, Morocco). Master’s in Ecological Economics from UAB. Postgraduate degree in Climate Change from the University of Salamanca.

Has developed expertise in socio-environmental governance research, including TEK, ILK, rural communal goods, community-conserved areas, participatory and inclusive governance, protected natural areas, UNESCO biosphere reserves, and political ecology issues in the Mediterranean region. She currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at the CTFC, serving as project manager of the RES-MAB PRIMA project (WEFE Nexus Section 1) and as a member of the coordination team of the UNESCOMED Center and the MedMaB Network.
