FOREST HARVESTING, MECHANIZATION AND BIOMASS
Our activity focuses on the integratedl analysis of the forest sector, addressing key aspects such as wood availability, market demand, and the exploitation of statistical data. We work on the improvement of forestry work-systems, mechanization, and innovation in forestry processes, as well as on the optimization of the biomass value chain. We also apply economic tools to facilitate decision-making and impact assessment.
Furthermore, the Agroforestry Biofuels Laboratory offers services such as analysis, sampling, and quality monitoring of solid biofuels. In addition, we carry out inspections and audits for the DINplus certification in pellet production.
