Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Barcelona and Master’s in Conservation Biology at Lund University, Sweden. She is currently working as a technician in biodiversity mapping and modelling, as part of the CARTOBIO project and the Catalan Observatory of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity. She is specialized in the integration and analysis of species distribution data and in habitat use modelling techniques, within the context of biodiversity planning and conservation projects. She is also involved in the generation of environmental information databases, including data derived from remote sensing technologies. Throughout her academic career, she has completed several research stays that have led her to specialize in spatial ecology. She conducted her undergraduate thesis on the movement ecology of moose at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has carried out habitat selection studies on the pin-tailed sandgrouse and the lesser spotted woodpecker at the Doñana Biological Station and Lund University, respectively. She has also collaborated on various marine mammal monitoring projects with Submon and in data collection for other terrestrial species and habitats. Additionally, she assists in bird ringing sessions.
