PhD in “Multifunctional management of forest areas” at the University of Lleida and the CTFC (Spain) , and MSc in European Forestry from the University of Eastern Finland and University of Lleida.
Her scientific expertise lies mainly in plant functional diversity and greenhouse gas (CO2, CH4, N2O) fluxes in grassland ecosystems under global change, as well as soil-plant interactions and their feedback on the atmosphere. She has worked in grassland, forest and agricultural ecosystems.
