Biòloga doctorada per la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha

A la seva tesi va estudiar la relació entre el declivi poblacional de la tórtora europea (Streptopelia turtur) i els usos del sòl, així com l'impacte de l'activitat cinegètica sobre l'espècie.

Actualment, treballa al CTFC amb un contracte postdoctoral Margarita Salas.

Principalment treballa amb aus i els seus interessos se centren en l'estudi de la conservació d'espècies des d'una perspectiva multidisciplinària, que integri des dels aspectes ecològics fins als socials i econòmics i permetin desenvolupar estratègies de gestió i conservació eficients.
